DOUGH BREAKER ROLLER ASSEMBLY
The Dough Breaker Roller Assembly is utilized to break the large mounds of dough transferred from the dough carrier to the S.S.Hopper of the dough breaker roller assembly. When the dough is passed through the dough breaker rollers the dough comes out in uniform Size , weight , shape and thickness sheets / bits of dough.
LOW LEVEL DOUGH ELEVATOR
The Elevator is utilized to transfer Dough from the S.S. Dough Carriers to the Dough Breaker Roller Assembly. The Dough is filled in to the S.S. Dough Carrier from the Mixer & the S.S. Dough carrier is fitted to the Dough Elevator. This Elevator is a mechanical type Elevator. The Elevator can tilt the Dough Carrier upto a height of 60". The Elevator carries a capacity of 300 Kgs. of Dough in a single Operation.
DOUGH FEED CONVEYOR
This Conveyor is utilized to transfer the Dough from the Dough Breaker Roller Assembly to the Reciprocating Conveyor.The continous sheets of dough that are being transferred to the Reciprocating Conveyor are cut into pieces of uniform size,weight,shape of Dough using the S.S.Cutter Roller Assembly provided on the dough feed conveyor.
RECIPROCATING / OSCILLATING CONVEYOR
The Reciprocating Conveyor is utilized to transfer the dough from the dough feed conveyor to the entire width of the Moulder Hopper . The Reciprocating Conveyor Spreads the Dough evenly across the entire width of the Moulder hopper thereby ensuring uniform & equal filling of dough in the moulder . This conveyor is placed on a mobile trolley, hence during changing / Cleaning Operations of the Moulder Die Roller the Reciprocating conveyor can be moved away Once the respective operations have been com pleted the conveyor can be moved back to its original position.
